Measuring Yourself

Below is a measurement sheet that you can use as a guide for measuring yourself.  Accuracy in measurements is key for getting a properly fitting and flattering garment!  It is also very important to take your measurements while wearing the shoes and undergarments that you intend to wear with your costume.  Period undergarments such as hoop skirts and Victorian era corsets can alter your shape considerably and, if not taken into account, will result in a very ill-fitting costume.  Wearing the shoes that will accompany your costume will ensure that the costume length is not too short (if wearing heels) or too long (if wearing flats).

If you do intend to wear special shoes or undergarments, it is important to note this in your custom order request.
